  Hi everyone, my name is Breanna! My interest in yoga first started when I decided to look up some exercise routines on YouTube and I came across a video just 10 minutes long of a female accomplishing all sorts of yoga moves. I found it interesting and it was something I have never done before, so I decided to give the session a try. After I had completed the session, I was very surprised by how impactful the session was.
