Hi everyone, my name is Breanna! I am so happy to be sharing my personal passions of health on wellness through this creative platform and have the opportunity to help you reach your wellness goals. Throughout my entire life, health and wellness have played an important role in my life. I thoroughly enjoy partaking in activities that help me on a physical and mental level. Especially during these challenging times, I try to take an extended effort to take breaks and make time for calming practices such as doing Yoga. What sparked my interest in Yoga? My interest in yoga first started when I decided to look up some exercise routines on YouTube and I came across a video just 10 minutes long of a female accomplishing all sorts of yoga moves. I found it interesting and it was something I have never done before, so I decided to give the session a try. After I had completed the session, I was very surprised by how impactful the session was.
